"The film was conceived through a meeting of minds of three men: Yann Arthus-Bertrand, Luc Besson and François-Henri Pinault. They share the same aims: to help people understand and share the issues facing our planet and to provoke a general raising of awareness on the stakes of social and environmental responsibility."

This pictures were taken in the city center of Antalya... we expended few time in this place, but it was more than enough to fall in love with this beautiful town.
For sure, I will go back to Antalya!
----------
Definitivamente voy a regresar a Antalya!

Getting used to...
There is one thing I forgot to teel you, about my first day in Istambul: I was just arriving to Zeynep's place and I went inside the house, and almost reach the kitchen, when Zeynep's mom look at me like in a mood of horror!! Well, I when into the house on my shoes... and in musulm customs you must take out your shoes and leave them beside the door to go into the house!!!
Now, this week I was walking around the city, and I realized that in Izmit there are not traffic lights... but really! there are lots of cars and lots of people, and highways, and big avenues, and the traffic is really hard... but there are not traffic lights, so the street walkers are in charge of fight with the cars, buses and trucks, and manage the traffic in that way... Quite fun ahh!!!
But, that's just a details. I'm pleasingly surprise with the value of the honesty that Izmit people use to manage. Every day, to take the bus I have to say "bir ögrenci (pronounced beer orenyi), to the bus driver, so I will be able to pay as student, it means a cheaper price!
And the people, the young people is really honest with this!!!
Even in my work place, my boss leave the portatil in the middle of the plant... for days... and the laptop is still there... in fact, they have a meeting room quite close to the machines bloque, you know, full of workers and so... and the room is open all the time with a video beam and two laptops in there on the table! Oh my godness... I've never seen that even in my univertisy!
Well... I will leave you with some pictures of the past weekend with my trainee mates!
By the way, today arrives to our place another trainee, Risa from Indonesia... she's also muslim and she covers her head and prays 5 times at day. I'm sure I will get amazing learnings from this experience :)

Guanajuato...
I have to say that Guanajuato is the most beautiful town that I have never seen in my life. It's a romantic place, full of colours, nice and old houses, building between alleys that find each other by small and narrow corners... so beautiful, so peaceful... with flowers and bird, It looks like Cinderella home, and this is mix with many of tourist that come to visit the place, and the mothers running with the children to the school just to not arrive late!
Everything is pretty. The restaurants with colourful tables and umbrellas, out on the street, the sun shinning, and the water falling from the water sources.
I hope, tomorrow I can write down a bit more about the experience here, and also about the small city or bigger twon of Guanajuato!

Llegando a Mexico!

Hard day!
Today has been the day!
The whole week, and today is just Wednesday, the pressure and the stress are in the air at the office. Between great news: We acquired a new computer, somebody just called me to cancel a meeting that I didn’t remember and we have great trainers for the conference which will take place in three weeks… There are “chicharrones” that always appears when you really don’t need them.
I’m doing my best trying to accomplish with everything, but I’m a bit tired and everyday I’m finding that the effort is not equal to the result. That makes me think if I’m doing the right effort. More to the people I lead, more to the process I’m responsible for, more to the results I must achieve, more to the task that I need to do in order to able my team to do their own work.
And when I finish these words, it will be the time to accomplish with all the things that are in the list, and there will be no excuse. That is the commitment of a MC member, I can never be tired enough to not to do what I have to do.

Querer es Poder...y porque quiero, ME VOY A POLONIA CARAJO!!!
Yesterday, I was thinking "today has been the most crazy day in many time", running from one side to another... asking for tickets confirmation, the money for the fee... and at the end of the day I just click the button "post" in the cancellation forum in AIESEC.net.
But today was a new day, I woke up happy and optimist, I went to the office and a bit of pressure from Ivan was the necessary to walk to the embassy and apply for my visa to
...Feliciano, Ashoka Fellow and my mentor during my traineeship in ACSOL was the key person to my trip become true. It was enough a call to him and he made his major effort to put me in contact with Susie... and walking to the embassy Susie call me back after a couple of messages and ask me about the proposal, THE PROPOSAL. Well that proposal was just a solicitude of sponsorship to go to the IC, and after explain her what AIESEC is about, what I’m doing in Colombia and why I want to go to the Conference. So, she just tell me “Ok, you did the reservation through Air France, so it’s not sure through that airline because we have Continental or American Airlines, but please don’t lose your reservation, I will ask to my travel agent for the reservation.” And in that moment I was the happiest girl in the world!!!!
Thanks a lot Feliciano and Susie, I will be in

Starting my MCVP Experience
The two great moments were, the firts doing bunging jumping in San Gil, a small town at the northeast of Colombia (I hope Alejo Pereira can convert the video to digital media) ... the second one, it was when Ivancho, my MCP, says to the plenary the name of the team's roles and I realized that I'm MCVP and any more a support area. That was an amazing felling because it was one of my personal challenges for the year, and now it is done.
Well, I really pleased to be here in Colombia, my country, living this experience. The first challenges and the first successes had come to the playground… and I’m an excited player.
